Comfort Food...
Last night SheWhoDoesNotBlogorTwitter (aka Mrs. TwoBlondeBoys) and I went to Chad & Liege's for dinner. We were treated to filet mignon, lobster tails, salad, and chocolate cheeseckae for dessert. They were all absolutely delicious.
But the potatoes took the proverbial cake. Homemade potatoes au gratin, smothered in saucy goodness and topped with melted crispy cheese.
I have found a new love. Cheesy potatoes is thy name.

I have to admit that a hunk of Chicken Fried Steak smothered in southern gravy is at the top of the list, followed closely by Filet Mignon.
